N E V E R trust Kennedale Management!
Welcome to Mismanaged-Kennedale
Their "promises" mean nothing!
Get it in writing!!
Since first posting this site, I have been accused of misleading and taking advantage of the situation. The accusations arise from pure ignorance of the situation. I have gone to great trouble to redact innocent names , in order to protect them from retribution. All we ever asked is to have our driveway functionality restored. The FACT that the street was lowered 2.5 feet; creates a simple geometry problem of how to get back to a 4% grade. This can only be accomplished by cutting the driveway back approximately 90 feet. This is not us trying to take advantage of the situation, it
is simple geometry.
City ROW agreement. #5 highlights unacceptable language.

Street level was lowered by 2.5 feet, making our property inaccessable for anything but a truck.

City immediately started telling lies about previous driveway grade

City and city representative responses

My responses in green

Quote from very reputable concrete company. They poured the new building at my work. They usually don't do such small jobs, but they were doing this as a favor. As you can see,
we are not trying to take "advantage", we just want driveway functionality restored.

We are now forced to spend our own money to restore driveway functionality to previous condition before construction
